A certified innovative startup, founded in Naples in 2020, with a fairly narrow mission.

To put individual mental wellbeing at the centre, starting from the workplace.

We want to help build a culture that gets past the taboo around mental health. In short: to make access to psychological support easy, affordable and above all normal.
Why we started with work
The workplace is where we spend most of our waking hours, and it is where psychological distress shows up first and gets recognised last. It is also the one setting that already has the infrastructure (corporate welfare) to make a health service accessible to thousands of people at once.
We used that infrastructure for something it was not designed for. Then we opened it up to people who come to us alone, because not everyone has a company behind them.
